To use this program, you must first click on the Applications tab at the top of the site to be directed to the program download page.

This page shows you two options for downloading the program, which is the option of systems with a net framework for users who have already installed the Microsoft Dotnet Framework program on the system and there is another option for users who do not have Dotnet Framework installed on the system.
Raysanet team put the program on the site in a compact way so that you use less volume to download the program.

After downloading the zip file, you must extract the program file from the compressed mode by winrar. After extracting and running your program, you will encounter this page.

Normally, if you are not connected to a network that connected to the Internet, only the option of get network card information is active for you. By clicking this button, an Excel file containing network cards information that have a private IP address with 3 columns Interface Alias and IP address and MAC address is specific to each network card is displayed in each row saved on your Desktop page called netcard-details.


If you are connected to an Internet network, there are three other options enabled for you in addition to this button. Your internet connection will be monitored at any time to execute the available options other than the option to receive network card information, and if your connection is active you can use these options, otherwise only the same option to receive network card information for You can use it.

The first option is to download the current network address information file.This option stores the network card information with which you are connected to the Internet in an Excel file called networkip on your desktop.
This information includes the IP Address, which is the IP address assigned to this network card, and the Prefix Length, which stores the number of bits associated with the network subnet, and the Interface Alias, which is the name of this network card, in an Excel file.

If you have already registered on the Raisant site and requested to configure the router network information based on your current network in your user panel, upload this file in the section where you were asked to access your current network information Excel file.

The second option is to get the public computer address on the Internet
Well, this option, as its name implies, displays the general address of your computer on the Internet. This option shows you the general address of the router on the Internet if you are connected to the router network and have entered the router connection details to connect directly to the router settings for those who have several modems connected to their router.

The third option is to get the MAC address of the current computer device.
This option differs from the Network Card Info Button in that it only displays the MAC card address of the network that is connected to the Internet.
If the network you are connected to is a Mikrotik network and its username and password are admin and its ssh port number has not changed, you will be automatically connected to the Mikrotik network at the beginning of the program, otherwise it is necessary to use from the options related to receiving router information and making initial settings to connect to the Raysanet server, it is necessary to enter the user details related to connecting to Mikrotik.


After connecting to the Microtek router, the option to receive the serial number of the router device will be activated for you.
This option generally has different uses, but if you want to use the services of the Raysanet site, when registering on the Raysanet site, you will be asked for the serial number of the router that you want to control in your Raysanet user panel, which you can You can get it through this option.


There are two other options for users who have registered on the Raysanet site and have an active user panel.
To use these two options in this section, you must first enter the username and password that you registered on the Raysanet site, and then click the OK button.
If the user profile is approved by the site, a welcome message will be displayed at the top of the program and the option of receiving information about the type of router connections to the modem will be activated.
To use the option to perform the initial settings, you must run the two options of get the public address of the router on the Internet and get the serial number of the router device so that you can use this option as well.
The Get type of router to modem connection option is for showing the modems information that are connected to router network which will be displayed to you after hitting the run button which contains the information of the router connection port to the modem, which means the name of the internal network card of the router used to connect to the modem and the type of communication port connection, which can be pppoe, static, and dhcp, depending on the settings already made on your router.

The next column is the modem address column, which if the type of router connection to the modem is set to dhcp or static, in this column the modem address is displayed, which you can click on to be directed to the modem settings page.
